The appointed manager is the Chief Digital Officer, domiciled for the assignment at the headquarters of the Owner indicated above. 2. TYPE AND PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENTS CARRIED OUT ON THE SITE AND OF WHICH LUNATI IS THE INDEPENDENT CONTROLLER

3. METHOD OF PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA BY LUNATI
